Over the years I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Pomerantz Cabinetry on many projects. My role is typically support in nature whether it is with digital drafting and design, rendering, or various degrees of custom millwork on the CNC.

The Maple table showcases the precision that our CNC capabilities offer. This technology allowed for a near seamless install of the walnut inlay with utmost accuracy and ease. The outcome is a stunning blend of materials that elevates the overall design of the table, highlighting the seamless integration of craftsmanship and advanced technology.

I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Pomerantz Cabinetry on this kitchen design project. By integrating traditional woodworking techniques with cutting-edge digital production, we were able to create a seamless blend of craftsmanship and technology. The use of digital fabrication techniques allowed us to create precise jigs from digital models, simplifying the installation process for the uniquely shaped space. The final result is a testament to the perfect balance between modern innovation and timeless artistry.

The meticulous process of crafting these treads highlights the exceptional possibilities that digital fabrication offers. Commencing as a sophisticated digital model, they were precisely sculpted utilizing a 3D Mill toolpath on the CNC machine. This advanced technique ensures unparalleled accuracy and consistency in the final product, showcasing the seamless integration of technology and craftsmanship in modern design.
